Why Am I Not Getting the Patch for Nascar the Game 2011?

I have a gold membership for Xbox 360, and it asked me when I put it in if I wanted to install available updates for the game, and I said yes, but nothing happened. I tryed clearing the cache for both the hard drive and memory unit and nothing happened either. Does anyone have the patch for this game, and if so, what am I doing wrong? Thanks
